The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta Pacific Place

Location, facilities, large room.

Complicated lift system.

It’s very convenient due to the locationand adjacent mall.

The traffic can be heard at night and itdistracts my sleep.

Superb service. Great location - Pacific Place mall perfect location. Great feather pillows. Full kitchen convenient. Hotel provides filtered water in the kitchen.

Everything especially the staff the breakfast and the front office everybody was amazing and customer service that I have not even seen in the US.

If you looking the place to stay like a house, this is the best 1 . Housekeeping always always gave us little note what we need.

Ask them the room with less noise during night.. specially when you have problem with jjet lag.. if you don’t have problem with sleep. Any room there is no problem.. good size, best view.

Really great place to stay especially if you work in the area. Friendly staffs, great location, great facilities!

Conveniently located within SCBD.

In room amenities felt old and dated. There were also insufficient charging points.

We loved the space of the 2bedroom suite along with a wonderful breakfast and great service. We liked it so much we are certainly keen to return.

It provides excellent value for money. Staying at the Ritz-Carlton has never let me down, and I was living in a luxurious "apartment" rather than a room. Everyone on staff, from reception to restaurant to cleaners, is well-trained and competent. They are nice and friendly, with no communication concerns. The location is ideal, as it connects to Pacific Place Mall, a premium and upscale shopping center. I also enjoyed the Ritz Carlton's Chinese New Year decorations during my visit.

Very beautiful view, complete facilities, great locations

The shower cubicles were not sealed properly, hence water was leaked outside the cubicles and make the bathroom floor wet. Behind the toilet cover is not cleaned properly.

Excellent location. Very near to everywhere in Jakarta. The same building with Pacific Place mall.

Our room was not ready on time when we check-in. Fortunately, the hotel offered extended check-out time for the next day.

The room was not even close to the pictures while booking... The drinking water dispenser is dirty and water is having small flakes.. Tv only provided local channels. Nothing smart

Breakfast is good with wide selections of juices and pastries. Room is good and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped as for the dish soaps. Bonus point, next to the mall!

Toilet cleanliness could be improved. The toilet seats could be changed and hoping that the sewage smells can be removed. Location wise can be confusing among the grab/taxi as the entrance to the hotels can be mixed up.

The house keeping cleaning was not goodI could find hairs on the floor and the soap provided in one of the rooms( they did not change the soap!)The lightening of two rooms was very dim and could not see properly!

Amazing, as you expect from Ritz Carlton. Super convenient central location. The mall underneath was really convenient and great variety, selection and quality. Highly recommended.

Their way to room walking area was giving a feel of hospital, or more like a hostel. Should improve their entrances

The room is amazing with stunning views, abundance breakfast to choose from, and very friendly and helpful staffs

The location and proximity to the mall

Rooms are worn out and dated. Kitchen furniture was disintegting. Toilet seats were stained. Towels were stained and dirty. Room was not available for checking even till 530pm! Upon checking in, room was not cleaned properly. Corridors smell bad and there's a foul smell in the room.

Overall is good ,the staff the facility the location and the view as we are luckily to be on the 37th floor ,the bed are so comfortable,the rooms the interiors all are just what we are expecting.

The pool are not too friendly for kids,there is no kids area at the swimming pool, I would not recommend to bring infants to this swimming pool area and the generator rooms just next to the pool so you can’t be relaxing in this area the sounds from the machine it’s very loud and continuously and yes it’s very annoying.In the kitchen there is a dishwasher machine but there is no tabletes or powders as we can properly clean our dishes
